What is Email Stationery?

Email stationery consists of a HTML template, produced by our skilled design team. This is installed into your Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express/Windows Mail package in moments.

Each time you send an email, you begin with a template, in much the same way as you pick up a piece of letter headed paper to type a letter.

 

What can I put on the template?

Essentially, the template can contain anything. The standard corporate email stationery package may consist of:

  • your company logo
  • your address, telephone and fax numbers
  • your web address (can be quite large if required)
  • a graphic sourced from your site or promotional items

How much does it cost?

Each corporate email stationery design costs £99 (+VAT), this template can be used as many times as you wish. If you require we can create stationery for individual members of staff with different contact details and names for an extra £35 each.

We also produce High-impact, bespoke marketing templates if you require a template with additional graphics/images, links, or animated areas. Due to the individual nature of these templates, we will provide a quotation on request.

What do I need to supply?

  • Your corporate logo – can be supplied on disc, by email - or we can retrieve from your website if suitable
    (Note - if you do not have a logo, we would be delighted to produce one for you - and can quote on request.)
  • Your full contact details
  • A design brief* if you have specific requirements
  • Colour information: RGB values for corporate colours if you require specific colours in the template

Design brief

Your brief to us can be any of the following:

  • Complement website design
  • Supply printed letterhead design
  • Written design brief
  • Similar layout to existing stationery template

Please be aware - if no brief is given to us, any subsequent specific instructions that are given to us during the designj process may incur a fee to implement. We are reasonable, of course - but it's vital that if you have a design in mind, this is given to us before work starts.
