HOW MUCH IS EMAIL STATIONERY?
Email Stationery Template - £99 (one off fee)
Your Email Stationery Template can include the following:
- Your company logo
- Up to 4 association or accreditation logos.
- Company contact details, including: address, telephone, fax, email and web links from the logo and url to the homepage.
- Additional templates (created by Door4) - £35 each
Etube account (create unlimited personal templates)- only £149 per year
Etube allows you to create unlimited personal templates, from your master Email Stationery template.
How much does it cost - some quick examples...
I am a sole trader, I only need a single template for my business. I won't need to change the template regularly.
One Email Stationery template at £99
There are 3 of us here at my business - so we need 3 templates with the same design.
Option 1
One Email Stationery template at £99, plus 2 extra templates at £35 each (total £169)
future templates will be created by Door4, and will be chargeable
Option 2
One Email Stationery template at £99, plus an Etube subscription at £149 per year (total £248)
Etube allows you to create and edit additional templates instantly , at no additional cost.
There are 25 of us here - we need 25 individual templates with the same design, and may need more soon as we regularly recruit.

There are 100 of us here, we have 3 divisions, which each have their own logos (and need their own designed template).
Some people work for more than one of our divisions, and may want to send emails on 2 or 3 of the template designs.
Three Email Stationery templates at £99, plus an Etube subscription at £149 per year (total £446)
Etube allows each individual to have any number of templates, so all of the 100 individuals above can have 1, 2 or 3 of the designed templates.
EXTRAS
Additional named templates
Additional named templates produced at time of main order are £35 each.
10+ named templates are just £20 each, although we suggest that you select Etube which allows you to create unlimited additional templates at no additional cost.
Supply of stationery on CD-ROM
The email stationery package can be supplied on CD-ROM for an additional £25.
Re-supply of stationery in event of loss
Re-supply of email stationery by email from our archive after 30 days of initial supply is charged at £25. We strongly recommend our clients back up their stationery template to CD-ROM to avoid this situation.
Multiple email stationery templates - ETUBE
Our unique Etube service allows you to create unlimited individual templates for a fixed price of £149 a year, FREE to existing customers.
Installation service
Our service includes installation instructions. We are happy to offer telephone support if required.
For local clients (around Manchester), we can arrange installation visits - please ask for a quote.
