What's the law?
The Companies Act states that all registered companies must state their full legal title, registered office and company number on all correspondence.
Unless you are doing so on your outgoing email, there is a chance that you are breaking the law.
(You might want to ask your solicitor.)
Compatibility
We are frequently asked whether our email templates are compatible with Apple, Lotus Notes, AOL and other platforms.
Here is the lowdown:
Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007: YES - our templates are designed for use with these packages
Microsoft Outlook Express: YES
Microsoft Windows Mail: YES
Apple Mac: On the whole no (unfortunately) - however, if you are sure that your email client supports HTML email (and you know how to install it) then by all means place an order, but we can't support it.
AOL: If you use the AOL mail client then probably no, sorry.
Lotus Notes - best ask your IT administrator - it's a complex one.
